My home sold within a week for slightly more than the price that we had hoped for. During the interval between accepting the offer and the closing, Karen was always there to manage details and appointments. I was out of town for the entire time, and she took care of everything. Next, I needed a new house in Summit. I had one that I was particularly interested in, but it had been pulled off the market due to COVID.
